Ecological Footprint Calculation as a Land Demand: Based on the Dynamic Leontief Model

In recent years, researchers have sought to specify precisely what is meant by the ecological footprint, and there are some methods for calculating it. This paper features a new calculation method determining footprint (EFP). The basis of our model dynamic Leontief model. If applied, one can determine that sequence footprints periods. We also calculate both closed open economies. Our contains elements taken from model: capital accumulation, integration exports imports into through input-output panels. All periods treated as interdependent, rather than series stand-alone data. Most notably, separates accumulation final use capital, i.e., investment consumption. illustrate results with numerical examples.
